FG Too High for Oatmeal Stout

I Brewed an Extract Oatmeal stout about 3 weeks ago and the Fermentation seems to have stopped right around 1.022 (about 5 days after fermentation started it was at 1.023...now 2 weeks later it remains at 1.022)....the OG was 1.062 and its been at about 68 degrees F throughout fermentation... Is this FG a problem or is it something I should let sit for a while to see if it comes down?
Any1 wanna weigh in?
