Ok is running but have a question. Running @ 22°c how often do you have to clean seems like funk would grow quickly.
 
This doesn't really make sense. Sounds like the fermentation is running at 22 degrees C. What do you need to clean? What seems to be growing?
 
Cold rooms and chambers will get moldy if humidity is not in check.
 
when not fermenting, cycle a de-humidifier inside and get a temp controller and a humidity reader in one. No matter what the cold machine is, it will increase moisture. The de-humidifier will control funk.
 
Nothing growing yet. Figured would need to use light bleach spray when beer came out then turn down temp
