Default Ever use Coopers DME?

Morebeer.com has Coopers Light DME and free shipping. Ever use this stuff? Can you brew a light colored beer with it?

Yes, I've used many of the Cooper's products including this. You can use it to make pales. When I use to do kit brews, their kits and the Mountmellick ones seemed to take the "learning curve abuse" the best. Luck - Dwain
