Default Dry Hops

I have a recipe that calls for 2oz of centennial for dry hops. I don't have any on hand but I have cascade, columbus and simco. What should I use?

I would go with the cascade or a cascade/simco combo.

That's a great combination. Try 1 oz cascade, 0.25 oz columbus, 0.5 oz simco.
