Dry Hopping with Conical

I'm about to finish my initial 7 days of ferment in my 14-gallon Blichmann.
I want to try hop 2 different varieties of hops over the next 2 weeks. One for 7 days, another for 14.
I will be using WHOLE hops.
First I will drain the trub/yeast from the bottom to get the beer off the yeast and start my effective "secondary" in the same conical.
Since I am using a conical, will it be best for me to get a mesh bag, stick the hops in there and drop it in the top of the conical, flush with CO2, seal it up, and let it sit?
Will this work for both the 7-day and 14-day additions?
I don't think it would be a good idea to have the hops floating loosely as they could clog the racking tube.
Any other tips/advice?
Thanks!
K
