Hmmmm? "but my drinking is stress buffering"
So call 500ml or a pint of beer 25 grams of alcohol based on 5%. 12 beers per week is considered heavy drinking. Thats only 2 pints per day taking Sunday off to rest your liver. I'm sure no one here exceeds this.

Well.... the good part is... we all have to die of something one day...

Some people smoke 2 packs of ciggies a day, i chose my personal poison, ...beer that is.
