Default Dogfish Head Chicha Beer

This stuff looks insane! Screw the mash, just chew your grains and spit them out, the enzymes in your mouth will convert starches.

From what I hear, they were pretty miserable when chewing the stuff. I think I'll stick with my mash.

Thank goodness you don't need to mash roasted barley.

Well ya gotta kinda figure on a huuuuuggggggeeeeeeee site like this, full of beer geeks and even a few professionals, and where even a few people are more than likely on mailing lists of the breweries themselves, that by the time anything beer related is covered by by the mainstream press, like Food and Wine Magazine, it more than likely has already been done here.

And I always figure that the OP of a thread on a particular topic might actually be interested in seeing what was discussed.

Well if YOUR Chica beer doesn't have Sam Caligione's sputum in it, then I'd have to say yes.

Didn'tja know, Sam's spit cures cancer, aids and also prevents swine flu and possibly zombie-ism.
