Default DFH Apricot IPA

I was at the local brew store this afternoon and picked up some DFH 90 and saw some new beer from DFH. Apricot IPA. Now, I love their IPAs and I love apricots, so I bought a bottle and put it in the fridge. Just opened the bottle. Good color, nice creamy head, good aroma, then the first taste. When the first drops hit your tongue, you're thinking, man, this could be good. Then the aftertaste hits you. Quite bitter - and not in a good way. Quite frankly, I poured the last quarter down the sink. I guess not every DFH can be a home run. Should stick to hops and leave the fruit for the other guys. At least I got the bottle with the easy peel off label!

If you're talking about the Aprihop, I actually like it.

I'm not a big fan of the Aprihop either...

If you are all the way down in Florida, there's no telling whether the beer was damaged in transit. Still, apricot beer sounds kinda gross to me.
