It's always such a thrill (with a little apprehension) to open that first brew.

This was the Saison Dupont clone from Clone Brews. It's only been in the bottle 12 days, but it was amazing. This is going to be a great beer in a few weeks. The cool part is that this is a style of beer that simply isn't available at any price in my town. (And if it were, it'd probably be something like $3-4 a bottle.)
