To Conical or not to Conical, that is the question
So, I would really like some conical fermentors, are they worth the 400-500 a pop for the stainless steel versions? Are there better options, or is that just one of those things that is going to cost a lot to use.
I would think that a conical for 10 gallon batches would work great. The thing that prevents me from going forward is how to regulate the temperature without a refrigerator. I don't have the room so I use carboys in water baths.
