Can anyone tell me the 'street value' of:

5# CO2 tank
20# CO2 tank

I see what you can buy them online for or at airgas....but does anyone have a going rate for brewer to brewer trade or craigslist?

Recipes 

Many places like airgas or welding supply stores will only exchange tanks instead of refilling them. So I would not spend too much money on trying to get a new one or a high quality used one if you are going to have to exchange it. Some fire safety equipment stores will refill your tank for sizes 5-20 lbs. I would ask the supplier you are wanting to use and find out of they refill tanks or only exchange tanks.
