Default Clarifier?

OK, so I've always had pretty good luck producing clear brews.

However, this time I have a Nut Brown that just won't clear up. Even crash cooling didn't help much.

Since the brew store is like 100 miles away I was wondering if I can use unflavored geletin from the store. Pectin I believe its called.

Knox brand gelatin from the grocery store is what you are looking for. Don't buy pectin, it's is not gelatin but citrus extract.
