So maybe a dumb question, but would a wheat beer that was brewed with citrus zest be a "fruit beer" or a "spice beer" in the BJCP styles?
I am leaning more towards spice beer since the fruit category seems to be more for things like cherry, blueberry, etc where you actually add the whole fruit/pulp..
