Brewing now... first AG... not going really well... read the Thermo wrong... thought the water was 170 rather it was 70C.... a little short.

So I've been able to bring it up to 152... but that's it... 5 gal Therm. No more room to add boiling water to bring it up.

We shall see, it's a real experiment brew, with this Mash and Home grown hops...and Orange Zest.

Heck I can only try.
