Default Carolina People

I am looking for some People form North Carolina or near places that want to talk a little about beer. I am new to brewing and tasting. I am reading and learning a lot, but I want to learn more. If you want to shoot the breeze let me know here and Ill give you a way to get in contact.

also i was thinking of trying to brew a blond or pale ale for my first like a blue moon style beer, and am considering using a lemon or orange water.? any thoughts, good call-bad call?

I'm in Clemson SC, so that a little far.

As for your lemon/orange water, probably a bad idea. Go with water you would normally use and spice it like any other wit.

Here is where some of the Greensboro brewers hang out:

Battleground Brewers Guild

There is also a club in Durham, TRUB, which meets once a month.
