Carboys are empty!!

I need some help in deciding what I'll brew next. I have temp controlled environments so let her rip.

Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde is a favorite. With temperature control you can brew it either with ale yeast or alt or koelsch yeast. He also has a lovely Helles that I've brewed with koelsch yeast but that you can lager. I have a version of Poohbah58's Mead Lane Dortmunder that looks and smells good. And Revvy has a Vienna Lager recipe that I hope to try soon.

I'd do a black lager if I had a temp controlled environment.

Just did a version of that Centennial blonde mentioned above. From my tastings so far I believe it will be fantastic.

All awesome ideas. The lagers are drawing my attention so far lol. Love me some lagers

Oktoberfest?

I second the Octoberfest idea. I brewed Yoopers recipe back in February and it came out tasty. I recommend either doing a decoction mash or adding some melodonin malt. I do actually plan on doing both an octoberfest and a pumpkin beer next month so that's def in the works lol

Winter beer time as well. Start a founders breakfast stout clone and leave it until December!

i plan on doing 2 this year, souther tier clone and something i wanna put together.. prolly will start ordering the random things i need for it soon an brew in about a month. i am not a huge fruit/ very sweet beer guy, but a nice pumpkin beer is always a hit in my house, friends an family. Cheers

Dunkel Doppelbock. Lager, and great for the winter. An it's high gravity.

Yeah I am a huge pumpkin beer fan, and pumpkin coffee, and pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin pie, lets just say I love me some pumpkin lol

+1 .. this is on my list for my next brew day in a couple weeks!

Well I decided on the dopplebock and a red lager. Thanks everyone. I wish I could say this would fill all my carboys but sadly I cannot lol. Still 3 will remain empty...

Oh and Oktoberfest and pumpkin will be next than a stout (not sure which one but prob something with coffee and chocolate). Thanks again everyone!
