I need some help in deciding what I'll brew next. I have temp controlled environments so let her rip.
 
Just did a version of that Centennial blonde mentioned above. From my tastings so far I believe it will be fantastic.
 
All awesome ideas. The lagers are drawing my attention so far lol. Love me some lagers
 
Winter beer time as well. Start a founders breakfast stout clone and leave it until December!
 
i plan on doing 2 this year, souther tier clone and something i wanna put together.. prolly will start ordering the random things i need for it soon an brew in about a month. i am not a huge fruit/ very sweet beer guy, but a nice pumpkin beer is always a hit in my house, friends an family. Cheers

Yeah I am a huge pumpkin beer fan, and pumpkin coffee, and pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin pie, lets just say I love me some pumpkin lol

Well I decided on the dopplebock and a red lager. Thanks everyone. I wish I could say this would fill all my carboys but sadly I cannot lol. Still 3 will remain empty...
 
Oh and Oktoberfest and pumpkin will be next than a stout (not sure which one but prob something with coffee and chocolate). Thanks again everyone!
