Default Carbonation affected by bottle size?

This is just a general discussion question, but anyone have any thoughts on whether the size of the bottle affects carbonation (when priming with sugar)? For example, do you think that you get better carbonation out of a 12 oz bottle than say a gallon jug?

Not if you mix your priming solution in the beer first. Also if using Gallon Jugs I would recoment the flip top growlers.

Cheers

depends also on the amount of air in the top of the bottles. if they are filled to the same percentage of space as the smaller bottles, it shouldn't make a difference.

Cool, I have a motley assortment of bottles going anywy, I was just wondering if the larger you went, the less pressure exerted in the bottle.
