Default Carbonation

When kegging a beer to force carbonate it, what is a good pressure to set it at. I'm being a Saison and it needs to be well carbonated. Thanks.

That depends...

What temp. will the beer be store at while carbonating?

Use a force carbonation chart to figure out your needs

Thanks for that information. I appreciate it. I'm not sure exactly what temp the beer week be stored at yet.

temp plays a huge role in how much co2 a liquid will take at a given pressure setting.

We have a kegerator with a temp regulator, so I guess we can set it at whatever temp or at least control the temp range.
