Beenjammin,
I use Hops Direct, Cherries Direct - available today from Puterbaugh Farms for minimum 1lb of hops. They have a large selection at decent price. I don't order bulk grains for delivery because it is cost prohibitive, so I make the 1.5 hour drive to a wholesaler in the bay area. That may be a solution if you can find one near you.

Hops Direct, Cherries Direct - available today from Puterbaugh Farms or Freshops for bulk hops and the best way for grain is to get in on a bulk order straight from the supplier.

A vendor from our forum started shipping hops to Canada.
Apparently it's $9 shipping for 1-2 pounds of pellets. $18 if you want whole leaf or more pellets, up to 8 pounds.
