Brewpub dreams

So, like many home brewers, I've been wondering about a Brewpub of my own. Working on a business plan, figuring out prices, gauging competition, etc.
Today we're driving around and my wife says, "I've got I! The name!"
"What?"
"Well, you're thinking of pizza & beer, right? And maybe pretzels? You should call it "Yeast Confections"!
