Does anyone on here brew commercially?

I am thinking about opening a Brewpub. Actually a restaurant is leaving in a building that my parents own, so it is set-up for the most part. I just wanted to see if anyone brews for a small brewpub and how they keep costs down.

I was thinking about the Electric Brewery Set-up www.theelectricbrewery.com with the biggest kettles possible. Does anyone have any thoughts on the project or if I should look somewhere else for equipment? Thanks.
