Today's the day I use my "new" HERMS rig.
Recipe is for a simple American Amber, hoping to get a beer like Bell's Amber.
(I'm out of Munich malt, but didn't realize it until most of the grains were crushed, so I subbed Vienna for the Munich I wanted)
