South College Knoxville,( http://www.southcollegetn.edu/brewing/brewing.htm ) located in knoxville tennesse, where I live, offers a nine month (3 quarter) course in brewing science for a brewing science degree. The first two quarters are classes like fermentation biology, etc. and the last quarter is hands on at a local brewery (Smokey Mountain Brewery) http://www.smoky-mtn-brewery.com/

Does anyone know of an online school that has a course to earn a brewing science degree for a reasonable tuition
