I've never been there but Rahr and Sons is in Fort Worth, and even though I'm from Austin....I moved before I was 21! So....idunno! BUT i'm sure some folks can chime in.

Have a good trip!

Come on by Rahr. We have free tastings on Saturdays. If you can't make it in on Sat, then drop by on Monday or Tuesday(sometimes Wednesdays) and I'll be there brewing a batch I'm sure.

soo, rahr and billy's it is. i would think one in each town would be enough. i could see my fam and friends getting a little pissed if we had to hit up 10 different brew pubs and breweries.

Right now Live Oak Hefe is on draft at the new Flying Saucer in Austin.

http://www.beerknurd.com/

On Sundays they offer all Texas drafts for $2.75/pint.
