Default Brewcasting 1/15 and 1/16

I also may try Livestream instead of UStream this time. Anyone try both and have input?

We'll be doing an Irish Red ale and an American IPA. I've done the IPA before and gotten comments that it's similar to Stone's IPA, which I consider pretty high praise.

I'll be playing with cameras and setting stuff up for a while, so expect to be live around 11AM EST.

Rest up and feel better.
Monday's a holiday and another chance to brew!
