Default To Brew or Not to brew?

So, being a decent Sunday here on the east coast I've been planning to brew a PM of BierMuncher's Blue Balls Blue Moon clone. Although after waking up this morning, being a bit lazy, I decided to check my yeast. WLP400 Belgian Wit - It's due to expire in August. I've yet to make a starter when using WL liquid yeast and so far have had good luck.

My question is, should I just go for it and brew today while I don't have much going on and hope the yeast takes once I pitch or should I make a starter today and have a late night brew sesh Tuesday evening?

I have yet to make starter for a wit. I just pitch the vials and they do fine.

Just finished up. Smells great, looks great! Hydro sample tasted real nice. I'm looking forward to this one. Next is to secondary the Pirate Ale I've got in the closet and order up some more ingredients.
