I'm going with the choconut that looks like a perfect beer once the snow starts coming in and I don't feel like leaving the house.

Yup, Bourbon Vanilla Imperial Porter is my vote. Just brewed up a batch of this last night, and I tasted the hydro sample, TASTY. This is going to be a PERFECT winter warmer, with it's roasted malt characteristics mixed with the warming vanilla. And Bourbon, come on, nothing warms you up more than Bourbon....

I picked Burbon Vanilla Imperial Porter and I think I'm going to add some coffee to mine.

Just remember the point of this poll and these posts, while you are more than welcome to brew some or all of these recipes, once the recipe is voted everyone wanting to participate will brew the same recipe with minor variations, then we can all compare those beers through a standardized rating system/ review or privately trade and compare against one another. That is thr main goal here.

Wouldn't a little bit of coffee added be a minor variation?

Once the recipe is posted can someone post a rough guideline on how steps to brewing, I just don't get how someone is supposed to know how much water to steep the grains in then how much to add for the boil. In case you can't tell I'm a little new to this.
