Default Brew club

Is there any one out there who has had any thing to do with starting a home brew club? Jaybird and I are thinking about starting a home brew club up here in beautiful Redding ca. but we have a few questions.Like where do I start,and any one have a good idea for a name?How about some help out there.

Get in contact with AHA and borrow another club's bylaws then adapt them to your specifications.

Now this is why I couldnt sleep last night. I was wondering if that was something we could do or not. Does AHA donate a few memberships to help atract new to be homebrewers I wonder. Wild are you a member of a brew club??? If so could we get a copy of your bylaws. Thanks
anyone else have any input anyone outhere a member of a brewing club?? what kind of $#!^ do you all do at them. Photohand and I are really getting geared up to kick this off the ground. we could use all the help we can get

I was a member of a local club but took a break for personal reasons. I will be returning before the year is out. For bylaw info, try these online links to some club bylaws:
