Thinking the same as you, I've been doing some digging and did find this link for Midwest, but it's obviously not any kind of BF sale because it's just a random pile of stuff at full price. Probably does indicate that http://www.midwestsupplies.com/pages/black-friday-2012.html will have the info though, so watch that page as it might get turned back on before they send out the email or update the front page.
