Default Birthday Present

This was my birthday present given to me from my friend.



Primary- 10 Gal Oatmeal Stout
Kegged- Sorachi Ace Pilsner, Wet Hop Citra Pale Ale, 10 Gal Black IPA
Bottled- Berliner Weisse, Zeus IPA
Next batches- Kolsch, Greenbelt Pale Ale, 100% Brett Pale Ale, SMaSH

Do yourself a favor and age those Divine Reserve Tens for at least 6 months. I opened my first one last night and it was really raw. Lots of hot alcohol that barely balanced intense malty sweetness (almost cloying).

Also Dark Lord FTW!

I plan to open them when I get back from my next deployment to Afgan in mid 2012.
