Hmm, no problem with the head on my beers but I have to admit I wouldn't want a permanent thick head on my beer. A small one fine, but for example the way the Germans pour it drives me nuts. I always ask them in German to let me pour it myself, or if it's on draft to give me only a little foam on my beer. I want to drink beer, not foam. That's just me though.
