Default Best Psi for belgain saison ??

Just brewed a Belgain saison a few weeks back and pple that taste my saison say that it's under carbed, been on gas at 12 psi for 3 weeks now, what would be the best psi for this type of beer ??

I was looking at the carb chart but disn't find the style in the legend...

As high as you can possibly get. That's why most Belgian brewers bottle saisons.

If I want to carb it more i'm at 12 psi on my guage would 20 psi be too much for a week ?? Before bringing it back to 12 psi serving pressure ?
