Default Belgian Caramel Pils Substitution?

Hey guys,

I'm brewing an all-grain batch that calls for Belgian Caramel Pils. At 1lb 16oz, it's about 15% of the total grains in a 5 gallon batch.

I can't find Belgian Caramel Pils anywhere. Is there anything I can substitute that might be easier to find? Sure I could order online, but I was really looking forward to brewing it this weekend.

Thanks.

Any dextrin malt should suffice. Look for German CaraFoam and if you can't find that use a domestic CaraPils.
