Anyone know what happened to beerdujour.com? Seems to be down now.
The site had a great collection of recipes from Jamil, Chris Frey, and others.
Seems to still be down. Bummer.
I don't know this for fact, but I believe Jamil wanted his recipes down after Brewing Classic Styles came out. Who knows though.
Lots of inactive links on HBT, now! Also, it was published 5 years ago, why wait until now to take down the website?
Someone on the beer advocate forums posted this:http://web.archive.org/web/201104301...eerdujour.com/
Using a previously cached date, I have found the recipe index:http://web.archive.org/web/201011200...ecipeIndex.htm
You may wish to download as much of this as you can now in case it is not available forever.
Why I didn't think of using the way back machine is beyond me. <facepalm>
Seems to be back online now.
Fred Bonjour, who is the author of that site, organized the BJCP tasting exam I took in Detroit six months ago. He's a very nice guy and quite knowledgeable.
