Default Beer to water use for average brewery???

Never mind found it - beer to waste water ratio is 1 gallon of beer to 5 to 10 gallons of waste water.

Bottled! Award winning East India Porter, Oatmeal Stout, Milk Stout, Saison fermenting at a nice controlled 85 degrees (up from 70) as it should be - weird isn't it.

It was in the book "Starting your own Brewery" - yup - cleaning. One of the things you have to check out before openign a brewery.

I agree with David... I know that some Eco friendly breweries were trying to cut it down to as little as 3... I think it was New Belgium or SN or some place similar
