Default Beer things to do in Manhattan?

Any suggestions? I'll have a couple of evenings. Staying in Midtown.

Take the 7 train to Long Island City to Bar called Alewife. 28 beers on tap with MANY more bottles to try. Food is excellent too.

Manhattan is highly unique beer experience. It's one of the few places in the world where you can pay $15 for a Heineken. Woot!

Yes, and $5-$10 for a diet Cuba Libre (hold the rum, hold the lime).

Look up the ginger man. Its a beer bar that I used to go to often when I lived there. It's around 37th and 5th ave. over 100 taps and dozens of bottles. When I used to go (4-5 years ago) it got very busy toward 6-7 for after work crowd but its worth checking out if you're in the area.

Good Beer is on E. 9th between 1st and Avenue A. They have about a dozen taps and a good selection of bottles. They'll fill growlers too.
