That is a very interesting idea.
Always like Alaskan brews, not the most cutting edge brews but very solid consistant recipes and offerings which makes them a top notch brewer IMO.

Great article, thanks for sharing! I only wish I could use my spent grains to heat my freakin' house... It'd save me a pretty penny on natural gas costs

You could get something like a Heatmor http://www.heatmor.com/ and toss the grain in with the wood and subsidize wood use with grain use as well.

That's awesome. If they were sold in Indiana I would buy their beer very often just to support that.
That's very awesome. I got to go there when we went on our Alaskan cruise and it's a cool (very) little place tucked away in an industrial district. If you're ever in Juneau take a taxi out there and check it out.

This sounds great, except for the $500,000 federal grant. We, the USA, are broke and we don't have money for needs much less wants.
