Default beer laws

could anyone direct me to a good resource about the laws surrounding the production and sale of beer, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance gentlemen

The funny things with some alcohol laws though is that they are somewhat "subjective" and "depends who you ask". I contacted two local state ABC offices recently with a question/concern regarding homebrewing. One office just quoted me the law verbatim with no explanation. The other officer was very nice and tried to answer my questions. What I got out of both officers is that they really don't want to waste their time dealing with homebrewing/homebrewers. Fine by me.....
