Was in sick yesterday, used my time to order ingredients for my next two brews. Which first? And feel free to critique!

If it's me, I'm going with the Oktoberfest, even though it'll take longer for you to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Saison... You will be drinking that saison that much sooner while waiting on the Oktoberfest.

Any reason not to do both in a marathon brew session? That way by the time the Oktoberfest is done you'll just be finishing up the Saison. Sounds like a winner to me!

I second doing the Saison first, next day or same day do the Oktoberfest. You will be having a brew quicker and not rushing the Oktoberfest.

Yeah, I can't wait on that Saison, that yeast is probably my favorite yeast of all time at the moment. And I aint got no choice but to wait on the Oktoberfest, though I'm craving -mouth agape drooling- for one right now...
