well i was getting ready for my first brew. I was just waiting on my yeast from homebrew.com. UPS guy came and left my box. when i opened it, all my stuff was there.......well except for the yeast . sooo, by this next weekend i should be brewing. Maybe even a lil sooner than the weekend . just had to do a lil venting.
I always have a few packets of Nottingham and Safale-04 handy. There are styles where neither of these work, but for anything calling for a neutral yeast, one of them will do it.
