Default Avoiding Hot Side Aeration

I'm doing a great deal of partial mashes, I scoop the grains onto a screen and sparge into a bucket, all hot, of course. How is "hot side aeration" to be avoided?

It's to late...the only way to stop the boogie man..er...I mean hot side aeration is to...

Don't worry about hot side aeration. If your beer is staling quickly, then you probably have a bigger problem.
