Default Avery Brubant

just took home the last 6 bottles of Avery Brabant @ $8/12 oz. Happy as a clam. Hoping the retail on this jacks up about 1000% in less than 5 years. On a similar note - any suggestions on storage of about 50 bottles of craft beer from over the years? Wine chiller? Safe?

Beer should stored upright so a wine chiller isn't ideal, regardless of if it has a cork in it or not. You'll want to store it around 52-55 degrees or cellar temps.

I just picked up a bottle of this last night after missing their roll out party last week. I'm going to drink it today though, no saving it for me. If anyone is in the Boulder area you should also go up to Oskar Blues and get some whiskey Dale's that they have on tap right now.
