Default Auto brewery syndrome

Wondering if he can change beer styles by eating different grains? Or maybe drink some bottle conditioned Brett brews...

I saw this the other day too. Not entirely sure if I believe it, but its kind of cool. Spontaneous drunkenness!

Yea, I've got to find out out how to catch this disease. I would start by mixing some pale, munich, chocolate, and caramel malts in a blender with some cascade and nugget hops, blend it with some water and wash it down with a starter of chico and just enjoys the burps while I get wasted as my tummy mash works itself down

I'm a microbiologist and this is possible. Some old reports from UK as well. If you do something to upset your gut microbes...other microbes can take over... Another reason to drink unfiltered beer.

Don't everyone start eating yeast cake at once! This puts a whole new spin on the word alcoholic.
