Alright Folks, It's Fall 2012
The harvest is coming in and the nights are getting cooler. The Harvest Moon has past and I know everyone is excited to brew. By Winter Solstice 2012...... well you get the point so lets cut to the chase.
Who has a Apocolicious Brew going to celebrate the ending of the Mayan calender (or restarting, whatever, lets keep it to brewing)?
I whipped up a quick Apocolicious Cider to get going and I am looking for some other ideas!
5 G apple juice
7 cups sugar
4 oz molasses
1/2 cup raisins
4 cinnamon sticks
4 half carboy size oak staves.
Better act now because the clocks ticking, tick, tick, tick
