Just pitched a 2000 ml Wyeast 1010 starter into my Caraway American Wheat/Rye.

First all-grain batch.

Is it supposed to take 6 hours??

I am up, but it's only 1043PM in Alaska.

I did ask a certain girl to go out with on a first date back on 07-08-09.

07-11 pitch date is cool. Good luck.

I don't recall the time. Between 7 and 8 PM local. She is as strong minded (OK, so we are both stubborn) as I am. Date for the date is TBA, but at least she said yes.
