Thanks for the feedback. I think that I could pull off a smaller BIAB all grain right now, but this will only be my third batch, period, so I'm going to take the baby step of a partial mash. Honestly, I prefer the idea of doing full five gallon batches, so I'll probably have to get a bigger pot before I can do all grain, even as BIAB (my pot is 24 quarts).
