Default Anniversary Double Header
Well, this is my 1 year anniversary weekend when it comes to brewing, so I decided to do a double header & brew a couple of lagers. I woke up and did a partial mash Oktoberfest and I'm now finishing up a pilsner. Both of these are the recipes in Palmer's book. Anyway, this brings my total for my first year of brewing to 19 batches. Not bad, eh?
