AHS's kits are damn good. Sometime their clones are VERY close, other times more of an "inspired by", but you will not be disappointed. Take your time and follow the directions!

I pulled the trigger on the kit. I'll report back in 8 to 12 months when it's ready. I'm going to bottle it the proper way with Belgian bottles, corks, and cages.
