Default AG - Panic Attack Imperial IPA
slightly modified version of the Northern Brewer Douple IPA kit...

(modifications): add 1lb maris otter, add .5 oz perle @ 60 min, add .25 oz willamette @ 0 min, make 1000ml starter from safale-05 3 days prior to brew day

mashed at 154 (northern suggested 153) sparged at 180 (northern suggested 170) hit slightly lower OG than Northern expected (1068 vs. 1080)...not sure why

added 1/2 gal water to better bottle during transfer (high evap today)

pitched 1000ml starter and applied blowoff tube (expecting a crazy bout of fermentation with this one...)

noted activity after 4 hours - to be continued...(will post pics soon)

what's that in? it doesn't look like a better bottle. is it just a 5g water bottle?

6gal better bottle - the label is just facing away and I got a weird angle with the camera.
