Killer brewhouse man!
How is it cleaning the kegs out?

We just moved into a new house though and I haven't built my fermentation chamber so I've got 6 11 gallon batches fermenting under a tent made out of a big wool army blanket stretched over some PVC pipe with a temp controlled space heater outside of it.

22 more gallons of Honey Wheat and this wedding beer is done!

My brew house is in a back room off my detached garage. I have in floor heat and AC in there for fermentation temp control...

Cleaning the kegs I use as fermenters is easy, some hot water then a little oxy-clean soak for a day, then about two gallon of water to boil/ steam sanitize...drain and ferment.

Sounds nice. I just ordered a couple conicals, but wouldn't mind 4 or 5 kegs as well. I'll have plenty of room in my chamber when it's finished. :-)
Wish I had the temp control you do without a chamber.

This picture will come in handy for convincing my wife that despite my electric brewery expense and taking over the entire back wall of the garage, I'm still "small-time" in the home brew world.

I live the idea of fermenting a 10gal batch in ONE container using a sanke keg....where to get another keg......hmmm..... Haha
